The most practical outworking of this is The Foundation's Ethics Mark™. The Mark is a symbol of commitment to a unique badge for values-led organisations, and is only awarded to those organisations that consistently 'walk the talk', living out their values in their day-to-day business.

The Ethics Foundation Directory lists Ethics Mark™ holders as well as organisations that lay a claim to being values-led, thereby enabling the comparison of these organisation's values in one place.

The Foundation operates from a spectacular base in the English Lake District.
